1 Introduction

Welcome to SH999. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and SH999 ("SH999", "we", "us", "our"), governing all access to and use of the SH999 website located at sh999.cam and all associated services, products, features and content offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

SH999 is an online entertainment platform providing sports betting, live casino, slot games and instant games to adult users. The Platform is operated for and primarily serves users in Pakistan, with an English-language interface designed specifically for the Pakistani market. References to cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar are illustrative of the user base served; they do not constitute jurisdiction-specific regulatory representations.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Definitions

In these Terms, the following words and phrases carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

3 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise using any service provided by SH999, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 4 below;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity without their knowledge;
• You are using the Platform for your own personal entertainment and not for any commercial, professional or systematic purpose;
• You have reviewed the Responsible Gambling Policy and understand the tools available to manage your play.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your Account. Continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance of the current version of these Terms and any amendments made pursuant to Section 18.

4 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on SH999, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

4.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Age verification documentation will be requested as part of the KYC process. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately and all funds — including any winnings — will be forfeited.

4.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that access to and use of the Platform is lawful under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of use. SH999 does not warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Pakistani users are specifically advised to obtain independent legal advice regarding the applicability of the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other relevant legislation before using the Platform.

4.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active Account. Opening duplicate Accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate Accounts are detected, SH999 reserves the right to close all but one Account, confiscate any Bonus funds and, at its discretion, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4.4 Personal Use Only

Accounts are for the personal use of the registered account holder only. You may not allow any other person to access or use your Account, nor may you access or use any Account belonging to another person.

5 Account Registration

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including, without limitation, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You agree to keep this information updated at all times.

SH999 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion and without obligation to provide reasons. Registration does not confer any right of continued access to the Platform.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity carried out under your Account credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you. If you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact SH999 Support immediately via Live Chat or the Help Centre. SH999 will never request your password through any support channel.

6 Identity Verification (KYC)

SH999 is required to verify the identity and address of its Users before processing withdrawal requests and at such other times as SH999 deems necessary for fraud prevention and platform security purposes.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., CNIC, passport or national identity card);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement);
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a bank statement or screenshot of a mobile wallet transaction history).

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality. Documents submitted for KYC purposes are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

7 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods currently listed in the SH999 cashier. The cashier reflects live availability, which may change without prior notice. SH999 accepts no liability for failed transactions resulting from the policies of third-party payment processors.

Payment references on the Platform — including names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as contextual information familiar to Pakistani users. They do not constitute representations that these providers endorse, support or accept responsibility for gambling activity. Users must verify current method availability in the live cashier before initiating any deposit.

7.1 Minimum & Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum single-transaction deposit amounts are published in the cashier section and are subject to change. Cryptocurrency deposit values are determined at the time of network confirmation and are subject to market-rate fluctuation.

7.2 Deposit Responsibility

You confirm that all funds deposited into your Account are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. Deposits made to an Account that is subsequently found to have been opened fraudulently or in violation of these Terms may be withheld.

8 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit to the Account, or to a verified alternative method approved by SH999 following KYC review. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

8.1 Verification Requirement

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification as described in Section 6. SH999 recommends that Users complete KYC verification proactively rather than waiting until the first withdrawal request to avoid processing delays.

8.2 Processing Timelines

Estimated withdrawal processing timelines are published in the cashier and the Help Centre. These are estimates only and are not guarantees. Delays may occur as a result of additional verification requirements, payment provider processing times or technical issues. SH999 will communicate any material delays to the User.

8.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per period are published in the cashier. VIP tier holders may have enhanced limits subject to the operator's current loyalty programme terms.

9 Bonuses & Promotions

SH999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms and conditions published at the point of offer. The following general principles apply to all bonuses unless the specific offer terms expressly state otherwise.

9.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x), meaning the Bonus amount must be staked that number of times before withdrawal eligibility is established.

9.2 Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting markets, slots, live dealer games and instant games may contribute different percentage values. The contribution table for each bonus is published with the relevant offer terms.

9.3 Bonus Abuse

SH999 maintains the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim Bonus funds — and associated winnings — where it determines that a User has engaged in Bonus abuse. Indicators of Bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposite-outcome bets across Accounts, exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with legitimate recreational play, or participating in organised schemes to systematically extract Bonus value.

9.4 Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed, activated or wagered within the expiry period specified in the individual offer terms will be forfeited automatically. Expired Bonus funds cannot be reinstated.

10 Betting Rules

SH999 offers sports betting markets covering, among others, Pakistan cricket (PSL, T20 internationals, ICC tournaments, domestic first-class matches), international football, UFC and esports events. Sports betting is subject to the following general rules.

10.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance at SH999's absolute discretion. A bet is only confirmed when you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Bets placed but not confirmed — for example, due to a connectivity issue — are not valid.

10.2 Odds Changes

Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is placed and confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds applicable to your wager. SH999 is not liable for odds changes occurring between a User initiating a bet and confirmation being issued.

10.3 Void Bets

SH999 reserves the right to void any wager placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed, or found to have been priced in error. In such cases, the stake is returned to the Account Balance. Voided bets do not count towards the satisfaction of wagering requirements.

10.4 Error Prices

Where a market is offered at an obviously erroneous price — whether due to a technical error, human error or data feed failure — SH999 reserves the right to void all wagers placed at the erroneous price, regardless of whether the wager has been confirmed or the event has already settled. Erroneous-price winnings will not be paid.

10.5 Casino and Slot Games

Casino games, slots and instant games are governed by the rules published within each individual game. RTP figures shown on the Platform are illustrative examples and do not guarantee individual outcomes. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation. In the event of a dispute between the game display and the server record, the server record shall prevail.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the SH999 Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one Account or using another person's Account;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Accessing the Platform while subject to a Self-Exclusion period;
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other software to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written consent;
• Exploiting errors, bugs or malfunctions in the Platform software — whether or not a wager results in a win;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or depositing funds derived from criminal activity;
• Engaging in match-fixing or any form of corrupt sports activity;
• Coordinating with other users to manipulate game or bet outcomes;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise tamper with Platform software;
• Harassing, threatening or engaging in abusive behaviour towards SH999 staff or other Users.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 By SH999

SH999 may suspend or permanently close an Account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) the User has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) SH999 has reason to believe that a User is engaged in fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity; (c) SH999 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction; or (d) continued operation of the Account poses an unacceptable risk to SH999 or other Users.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach, any Real Funds remaining in the Account will be handled in accordance with SH999's published policies following the completion of any investigation. Bonus funds are forfeited in all breach-closure scenarios.

12.2 By the User

Users may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting SH999 Support via the Help Centre or Live Chat. Closure requests are processed within a reasonable time. Any qualifying Real Funds balance will be returned to the User via a verified withdrawal method once KYC is complete. Voluntary closure does not entitle the User to a refund of wagered amounts.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant after a period of inactivity as defined in the operator's current published policy. Dormant Account fees, where applicable, are published separately. SH999 will attempt to notify the account holder before applying any dormancy-related charge.

13 Responsible Gambling

SH999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The following tools are available to all Users via the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps that take immediate effect when set and can only be decreased instantly — increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss thresholds per defined period, after which further wagering is restricted until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: On-screen notifications and automatic session termination after a User-defined period of play.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary full account suspension for a User-defined minimum period. During exclusion, the User will not be able to deposit, wager, receive promotional communications or be re-registered until the exclusion period has fully elapsed.

14 Intellectual Property

All content on the SH999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and software — is the property of SH999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license or otherwise exploit any Platform content for any purpose without the prior written consent of SH999. Unauthorised use will result in immediate Account closure and may give rise to legal action.

15 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SH999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses incurred through gambling or wagering;
• Technical failures, downtime, data loss or service interruptions;
• Losses arising from reliance on inaccurate odds data or third-party feeds;
• Unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain reasonable credential security;
• Any change in the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction following your registration.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, SH999's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds deposited to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

16 Privacy & Data

SH999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its published Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data as described therein. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside this Agreement.

SH999 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers and fraud-prevention services as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

17 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operator's license jurisdiction. SH999 does not make any representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction, including Pakistan. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the operator's license jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer protection provision in your country of residence provides otherwise.

18 Amendments

SH999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, SH999 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice through a platform notification, email to the registered address, or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease use of the Platform immediately and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.

The version date displayed at the top of this page indicates the most recent review. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates.
